Refund policy

Refund/Return Policy
All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable with the exception of the following reasons:

  1. Items are damaged upon delivery
  2. Receiving a wrong item
  3. Missing items in your order

All refund requests must be made within 7 days upon receiving of your order. To be eligible for any return/refund, the item(s) must be in its original purchased condition and not removed from packaging. They will also need to be unused, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unopened and with tags still attached to them. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a whole set.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
